  • Managed the design team for the Core Services Tribe, overseeing core products like Identity Verification and Payments.
  • Directed the design, management, and continuous improvement of the Atom Design System and core design libraries, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Managed a multidisciplinary team of 8 staff, including UX/UI designers and User Research.
  • Led the team in a rapid redesign of the company homepage in response to COVID-19, pivoting the featured products to ‘Family Essentials’ to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Spearheaded the introduction and implementation of the company’s first design system.
  • Liaised with senior stakeholders and led digital projects from concept to completion.

  • Oversaw the front-end development team building the initial React.js component library for the Solar Homes solar panel rebate transaction.
  • Delivered the first transaction on the Service Victoria platform to use face and document recognition for identity verification.
  • Added BPAY as a new payment method, saving customers on credit card fees.

  • Refreshed the designs for the synrg and Brand Toolbox promotional websites.
  • Created the promotional Brand Toolbox video, encompassing scriptwriting, animation, and music composition.
  • Served as the lead UX/UI designer for Brand Toolbox, a data-rich digital asset management platform, showcasing a strong portfolio of system-oriented work and craft leadership.
  • Developed the ‘Brand Toolbox Designer’, an online SVG Image Editor.
